At India Web Designs, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Deposits

Initial deposits are non-refundable as they cover the cost of project setup, planning, and preliminary work.

Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your project:

• Before work begins: Deposit is non-refundable
• During development: Payment for work completed to date is non-refundable
• After completion: No refund is available once the project is delivered and approved

Service Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering quality work. If you are not satisfied with our deliverables:

• We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied (within the project scope)
• We will work with you to address any concerns
• In rare cases where we cannot meet your requirements, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, once templates or digital assets are delivered, they are non-refundable.
